Washington, June 9: Britney Spears has filed a counter-complaint against the perfume company bosses who are suing her for allegedly breaching a deal.
Bosses at Brand Sense Partners are suing the singer for 10 million dollars claiming she double-crossed them by trying to cut them out of a lucrative scent deal with Elizabeth Arden.
But Britney claims Brand Sense has kept quiet about how much money she was owed for the sale of the perfume-Radiance-she was debuting, reports TMZ.com.
She claims millions of bucks worth of the fragrance were sold, but her share of the proceeds was withheld for months, with the company failing to pay her interest on the delayed payments. (ANI)
