Dina Lohan admits jail is a real possibility for Lindsay Lohan

During an appearance on ‘Good Morning America’, Dina Lohan admitted that jail is a real possibility for her daughter Lindsay.
Asked if she felt confident Lindsay could prove she didn’t steal a 2,500- dollar necklace and violate her DUI probation, the Long Island stage mom faltered, reports the New York Daily News.
“I’m not convinced about anything,” she told George Stephanopoulos Friday morning. “The system is the system. I’m a firm believer in the system. Anything can happen, especially in that town.”
She said everyone is worried.
“God willing she won’t go back to jail. Obviously it’s not a happy moment for us, and we’re taking it very seriously,” she said.
Lindsay faces a maximum of three years in prison if convicted.
She also faces possible time in county jail if the judge finds she violated her probation. (ANI)

Lindsay Lohan was ‘too busy’ to return the necklace

Washington, Feb 14 – Lindsay Lohan was “too busy” to return the necklace she had stolen, her assistant has reportedly told cops.
Lohan was tipped off that a search warrant had been issued and then had her assistant make a beeline for the police station before the warrant could be executed, reports TMZ.com.
“Ms. Lohan was in possession of the necklace and wanted to give the necklace back to the store the day after she took it from the store, but she was very busy,” the assistant said.
“She tried returning the necklace to the jewelry store, before going to the police station, but no one there picked up the phone.” (ANI)
